Products and Services: ADParts offers car and bike racing, performance and tuning parts to their customers. All payments are accepted in EUR and handled by FirstData or PayPal payment system. Sensitive data of the payment card and its holder is transmitted via a secure SSL/TLS connection. Payment descriptor which will appear after payment of your Internet bank is "adparts.eu". Terms of Use
These rules apply to all the goods / services purchased by ordering them online. Before ordering carefully read the information displayed here. ADParts reserves right to change the terms of use without prior notice. Please read all the terms and conditions before each purchase. User is responsible for the truthfulness of the information when placing an order, and also commits not to perform any activities directed against the security of the website.
ADParts promises, in accordance with the products and services, to provide a description of the goods receipt in due time and in the agreed form. Using ADParts services, you acknowledge that you understand these rules and agree to comply with them on a regular basis and keep track of their changes.
Delivery Policy
ADParts provides the delivery upon the receipt of the full payment.
Delivery by UPS: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
Delivery by Omniva: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
Delivery by EMS: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.
Parcel will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receiving a payment. All parcels are provided with tracking number.
Shipping cost:
- EU countries: from 10.00 EUR;
- outside EU countries: from 20.00 EUR;
- Latvia: from 0.00 EUR.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery time:
- EU countries: 5-7 working days;
- outside EU countries: 10-20 working days;
- Latvia: 1-5 working days.
Sometimes delivery may take a longer time, caused of custom or postal service working time and holidays. Please keep in mind, any delay in custom or postal service of your country are beyond our control. Additional taxes may be applied to your parcel in your country, so, please check information about it in your country before buying.
Gift Card
The gift card can be spent at one time or paid with it more than once. It is a great possibility to buy spare parts and accessories in ADParts store and web shop.
How to purchase a Gift Card?
Fill the necessary information and put it in the "basket". We will contact you after the payment receiving and send the gift card to your e-mail.
Where can I use the purchased gift card?
Gift card can be used to make purchases in ADParts store Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 47 or on our website https://adparts.eu.
What goods can be purchased with ADParts Gift Card?
With the gift card can be purchased any goods, including special offers and discount products.
How long the purchased gift card is valid?
Gift card is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Card value will not be returned if gift card is lost or stolen.
Returns and Refunds
Items can be returned with-in 14 days after receiving it by buyer. Please read Return and Exchange conditions to determine if item can be returned. Returned items will be refunded only after item is received and if it complies with Return and Exchange conditions. Refund will be issued with-in 5-10 working days.
Return and exchange conditions:
- upon receipt of an order, carefully check the assembly and appearance;
- returns and exchanges take place in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection in Republic of Latvia;
- ADParts will only accept unopened and undamaged products within 14 days since the receipt of the item by buyer;
- no returns are accepted on special order items.
Buyer is responsible for any costs that are related to return of the item to ADParts. That includes return shipping costs, packaging and customs declarations and border taxes if such may occur.
Warranty
The warranty to be valid, the original purchase supporting documents (bill of lading or receipt) must be present. Buyer is responsible for any costs that are related to return of the item to ADParts. That includes return shipping costs, packaging and customs declarations and taxes if such may occur.
No warranty is valid on any racing parts due to nature or extreme conditions items may be used in. Only exception being manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects can be determined only after item is returned to ADParts.

Collection of Information
1. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors, including you. Therefore, we fully appreciate and respect data privacy and security's importance. ADParts respects your privacy, avoids spam and under no circumstances will allow sale, rental, lease or transfer of your data (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party.
2. We collect and store the following data: a) Customer's full name. b) Telephone numbers. c) Email addresses. d) Delivery address. The information is used to properly provide services and communicate with customers. Disclosure of information to other third parties may only take place on the basis of legitimate demand ADParts has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
By making a purchase you agree to follow the terms stated.
Payment and Shipping
Payment for orders in our web shop can be made using PayPal, Credit Card or Bank transfer. If you choose PayPal, please follow directions on the screen to complete payment. If you choose Bank transfer you will receive invoice which you can pay using bank transfer.
We are able to ship international orders. To get a shipping quote follow these steps:
- add product(s) to your shopping cart;
- view your shopping cart;
- select your country, state/province and postal code to get a quote. Your credit card will not be charged until you decide to continue with the purchase.
If you can't get your shipping price, please contact us to info@adparts.lv.
After your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation. If you haven't received a confirmation email please check your spam box in your email. If you still haven't received it please contact us to info@adparts.lv.
If goods are in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days after order coordination.
